学校名 is my dream !!!
I am now exchanged to ESC-xxx for Bachelor in International Business(BAC+4) which would be my second bachelor degree besides Bachelor in Management Information System in Central University of Finance & Economics, China. I will graduate in the June of 2005. Which program you offer is suitable for me and could you give me some advice how to be admitted by 学校名?
Because I am now in France, I have strong motivation to apply for your Diploma d'ingenénieur or French national master degree directly and individually. I was major in science and engineer subjects during secondary school and college studies, therefore I believe I have certain scientific basis for engineering study. As a étranger, I wanna know exactly how to enter 1er Anée or 2 ème Aée． Could you give me more details which is not available on your website?

Pour entrer en 1re année du cycle ingénieur il faut posséder un équivalent au baccalauréat scientifique français et un premier cycle universitaire scientifique ce qui ne semble pas être votre cas pour la seconde condition (le diplôme que vous citez à ESC-xxx n'est ni un diplôme national ni un diplôme de sciences). Par ailleurs la maîtrise du français est indispensable. Le fait de nous écrire en anglais est un sujet d'interrogation pour nous concernant votre niveau de français.

注：怎么分别学校的国际化程度高低：看网站，有没有英文版本？ 有没有国际化项目？网站有没有突出国际关系处ｒｅｌａｔｉｏｎ ｉｎｔｅｒｎａｔｉｏｎｎｅｌ的地位？有没有针对外国人的语言学习项目？这些都是分别一个学校国际化程度的考虑因素
２，申请信中自己的计划描述不太清晰，对于工程师学校，本科生进入工程师文凭的途径是concour sur titre，插班进入第二年，主要以自己以往的相关bac+4文凭为背景。如果是中国文凭或者法国的校内文凭（不是国家文凭），需要学校进行文凭评估过程，以承认申请人的以往文凭。而中国的本科文凭据中法签订的文凭互认协议，是必须被法国所有学校承认的。
学校的回信中，忽略了申请人的中国本科文凭，申请人可以再行就此点补充说明。并详细表明自己的计划。
３，法国的很多学校才从来没有在中国招生，特别是一些工程师院校和小型商业院校，私立专科学校。对于申请这些学校来说，学校并没有已经成文的招中国学生的方式方法，所以需要申请人首先明确自己的动机和计划，表明自己的法文和专业水平完全可以跟上该校你想读的课程。必要的时候，要提出其他学校招生的大致情况，以给学校作参考，"引导"学校作出对中国学生的招生计划。我想，目前的环境下，所有学校都不会拒绝招收正常的符合背景要求的中国学生。
已经在法国的学生，最好在准备好之后，直接与学校秘书处电话或者rendez-vous，直接到学校询问和接受第一次简单面试。
